Booking Policy
Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Cherie Beauty, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Out of respect for our providers’ time and for clients awaiting availability, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following booking policy.
Permanent Makeup Appointments
● A fee of 20% of the service cost
● Forfeiture of the deposit
All Other Services
OR
● $50, whichever is greater
Saturday Appointments
Deposits
● Applied toward your service total
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Tardiness
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and the same cancellation fee will apply. We will strive to reschedule your service at a convenient time.
Emergency Situations
In the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may apply all or part of the cancellation fee to future services.
FOREIGN FILL POLICY
We kindly require all of our clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to book a consultation before booking a fill appointment. We must first assess the work to be sure we can work over it. If we cannot work over the existing work, we will recommend a removal and full set.
LASH FILL POLICY
We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the salon to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.
If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
Anything over 3 Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.
LASH EXTENSION POLICY CONTD.
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you or feel like you have more fallout than usual please contact your technician within the first 3 days after your service was provided so we can tell there was a problem on our behalf. Lash extensions are a personal service offered, and therefore nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with the service received, please contact your lash professional immediately for resolution.
